*कहानी:*
श्रीमती पियर्सन बहुत सीधी, अपने पति और बच्चों से डरती है। पति जॉर्ज, बेटा सिरिल, बेटी डॉरिस - तीनों माँ का काम नहीं समझते, ऑर्डर देते हैं, घर का सारा काम माँ से कराते हैं।
श्रीमती फिट्ज़गेराल्ड पड़ोसन है, जादू जानती है, पियर्सन की मदद करना चाहती है। वह कहती है - हम दोनों शरीर बदल लेते हैं, मैं तुम्हारे शरीर में जाकर तुम्हारे परिवार को सबक सिखाऊँगी।
शरीर बदल जाता है - फिट्ज़गेराल्ड पियर्सन बन जाती है। अब पियर्सन (असल में फिट्ज़गेराल्ड) सख्त बन जाती है।
जॉर्ज, सिरिल, डॉरिस आते हैं - माँ से चाय, खाना, कपड़े प्रेस करने को कहते हैं। पर नई माँ (फिट्ज़गेराल्ड) मना कर देती है - कहती है मैं नहीं करूँगी, खुद करो, मैं भी इंसान हूँ, 8 घंटे काम करती हूँ, मुझे भी आराम चाहिए।
सब हैरान - माँ इतनी सख्त कैसे? डॉरिस कहती है माँ मेरे बॉयफ्रेंड चार्ली स्पेंस के साथ क्लब जाऊँगी, माँ कहती है चार्ली बेवकूफ है, नहीं जाओगी। सिरिल कहता है माँ मेरा काम करो, माँ कहती है खुद करो। जॉर्ज कहता है माँ मेरे क्लब में जाना, माँ कहती है मैं नहीं जाऊँगी, तुम खुद जाओ।
परिवार डर जाता है, सोचता है माँ पागल हो गई। फिर वे माँ से माफी मांगते हैं, कहते हैं हम तुम्हारी मदद करेंगे, तुम्हारा सम्मान करेंगे।
फिर फिट्ज़गेराल्ड और पियर्सन फिर शरीर बदल लेते हैं, पियर्सन वापस अपने शरीर में। अब परिवार पियर्सन का सम्मान करता है, माँ खुश। कहानी सिखाती है कि माँ का सम्मान करो, घर का काम सब मिलकर करो, माँ को नौकर मत समझो।
